Summary: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the paid period.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscriptions to N1X PUBLICIDADE LTDA services are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 calendar days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of the subscription fee paid. No justification is required.
This guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions only. Renewal billing after the initial period is not covered by this guarantee.
2. Refund Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund under the money-back guarantee:
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription payment date
- The request must be made via email to billing@n1xpublicidade.com using the email address associated with your account
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service
- The account must not show evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the guarantee
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly excluded from our refund policy:
- Subscription fees after the 14-day guarantee window has expired
- Renewal charges (monthly or annual) after the initial subscription period
- Advertising spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) — these are controlled by you and paid directly to the respective platforms
- Custom development or automation work that has already been substantially completed
- Subscriptions where our Terms of Service have been violated
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at billing@n1xpublicidade.com or through your account settings.
Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You retain full access to services until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period after the 14-day guarantee window has passed.
Annual plans: If you cancel after the 14-day guarantee period, your subscription remains active until the end of the annual billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused months. At the end of the period, the subscription will not renew.
5. Campaign Pause and Transfer on Cancellation
Upon cancellation or termination, N1X will pause all active advertising campaigns and, upon request, transfer account ownership back to you within 5 business days. We recommend providing written instructions regarding your preferred transition process at the time of cancellation.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the 14-day guarantee:
- Send an email to billing@n1xpublicidade.com from the email address registered to your account
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include the date of your subscription and the payment amount
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
7. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
8. Consumer Rights Under Brazilian Law
Brazilian consumers have rights under the Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor — Law No. 8.078/1990). For digital services purchased online, the right of withdrawal within 7 days of purchase applies pursuant to Article 49. Our 14-day guarantee exceeds this minimum statutory right. If you have questions about your consumer rights, you may contact PROCON or the relevant consumer protection authority in your state.
9. Changes to This Policy
N1X PUBLICIDADE LTDA reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with reasonable prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your subscription purchase will apply to that transaction.
